DAMEON L. ALLENSWORTH, JD

President & Cofounder

Dameon is President, CEO, Co-Founder and majority shareholder in iNof8 Legal. He is a nationally recognized thought leader in futurism for the legal industry.

Dameon has more than 16 years of experience leading companies and law firms to efficiencies in legal spend through process and technology, including artificial intelligence. Dameon has worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies successfully overseeing hundreds of managed review projects, including ediscovery matters and over 150 contracts review projects related to mergers and acquisitions, contract management systems integrations, regulatory compliance reviews, and general knowledge management. He also has practical expertise in process development, project management, and the implementation of legal technologies.

He has served as a consultant to legal software companies and was the team lead for the first deployment of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) in a large litigation matter for a Fortune 50 company when TAR was in its infancy. He is experienced in database design and artificial intelligence offerings for both ediscovery and contract review.

Dameon began his legal career working in civil litigation. As part of his practice, he managed large-scale discovery in health care and business matters. Through these early experiences, he saw the path towards cost control in litigated matters. This translated to his work in ediscovery as well as his vision for the future of legal practice generally and the need for technology adoption.

He is passionate about delivering cost control and efficiencies in complex legal matters and tasks to clients. Dameon is seen by clients as an instrumental team member with a gift for explaining complicated technological matters, harnessing technology for legal tasks, and achieving buy-in from legal departments and outside counsel. Over the years, he has served numerous types of legal needs in health care, telecommunications, insurance, financial services, banking, federal regulatory matters, biomedical, intellectual property, mass tort, and manufacturing.

Dameon is a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma and earned his J.D. form the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a member of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, a Federally Recognized Tribe, and is also of Cheyenne-Arapaho and Otoe-Missouria descent. He currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Iowa Tribe Gaming Commission. Dameon resides in Oklahoma City and is available for speaking engagements on numerous topics related to technology and the law.

KYLE SWEET, JD

Chief Strategy Officer & Cofounder

Kyle has been in private practice for over 22 years in civil litigation, as well as engaging in venture capital for web-based businesses, captive insurance, and commercial real estate development. As a litigator, Kyle has spent his career representing health care providers in courts throughout the country. He has supervised complex civil litigation throughout the country and recognized early on the importance of technology to increasing efficiency in legal spend.

Kyle is a regularly featured speaker nationwide on issues such as Future of the Legal Business, Medical Staff Services, Negligent Credentialing, Perinatal Safety, Defensive Medical Charting, Dealing with Disruptive Physicians, Overcoming Surgical Complications and Catastrophic Medical Malpractice Defense. Kyle has lectured in many states and even foreign countries to groups as diverse as the National Medical Staff Services Association, American Dental Association, American Health Information Management Association, Every Week Counts Campaign for reduction of elective C-sections, and the Saudi Arabian National Guard Health Services on Western Risk Management and Defensive Charting.

Kyle is a member of DRI, American Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (past Board Member), and multiple sub-committees of these groups regarding health care litigation. Kyle has been appointed National Coordinating Counsel for carriers regarding Medical Negligence Claims and Medicare Fraud Claims across the United States.

Kyle is licensed to practice law in multiple states and has a national practice defending health care providers.

Kyle is a Board Member of the Collaborative for Accountability and Improvement, a program of the University of Washington College of Medicine; Chairman of the Board of Mercy Health Foundation-Mercy Hospital of Oklahoma City; and Chair of the Board of Emergency Responders Assistance Program, and former General Counsel to Lone Survivor Foundation.

Kyle was the recipient of the 2012 Victoria J. Sterling Award for Lawyer of the Year for OMSNIC/Fortress Insurance Company. OMSNIC is the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons National Insurance Company insuring oral surgeons throughout the United States. Fortress is OMSNIC’s subsidiary insuring general dentists and other dental specialists throughout the United States. Kyle received the Lawyer of the Year award for the University of Oklahoma Physicians. OU Physicians is the largest physicians network in Oklahoma and is the clinical practice of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

A graduate of Phillips University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Kyle and his wife, Sara, have three children, Lauren, Vivienne and Leo. He resides in Oklahoma and Colorado.
